**We’re looking for a QA engineer to join our engineering group and help ensure the quality and reliability of life-saving medical software products.

You Will

• Create and execute test plans for new software products and features
• Verify product functionality, performance, and reliability across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Backend, Desktop-app)
• Report, track, and verify bug fixes
• Build and improve QA processes and testing environments to support frequent, high-quality software releases
• Work on building a quality-driven engineering culture, collaborate closely with developers, product managers and UX designer to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle
• Promote continuous improvement in testing tools, automation and coverage

We Are Looking For

• 3+ years proven experience in testing complex backend and mobile systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Capable of working independently with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude
• Self-learner who quickly adapts to new technologies
• Solid experience with software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• AI Native: You treat AI as a core part of your workflow, using tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and output.
• Communicates clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and bugs
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments
• *Bonus: Has experience with automation testing
