We’re looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Expert to join our team in Singapore and lead the design and delivery of impactful cyber defense training programs for government, enterprise, and other organizations.

You’ll work closely with each organization to understand their unique threat landscape and detection gaps, then create and deliver customized courses, hands-on blue-team labs, threat-hunting scenarios, forensic investigation exercises, and incident-response simulations that help them strengthen their ability to detect, investigate, and respond to sophisticated threats across their environments.

You will be at the forefront of defensive cybersecurity knowledge, collaborating closely with global experts, client SOC and IR teams, and training teams to develop highly relevant detection-engineering and incident-response content.

What You’ll Do

• Design, lead, and deliver immersive blue-team training in threat hunting, digital forensics, incident response, and SOC workflows.
• Develop and facilitate multi-stage detection and response simulations that mirror real-world TTPs, observe participant decision-making, and provide real-time mentoring.
• Adapt defensive content to client threat models, maturity levels, and operational goals.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor in areas such as detection-logic development (Sigma, KQL, YARA), IR playbook design, threat-modeling, SOC optimization, and SIEM/SOAR architecture.

What We’re Looking For

• A cybersecurity professional with deep hands-on experience in threat hunting, digital forensics, or incident response across multiple organizations.
• Skills in detection engineering, forensic analysis, log correlation, and cyber-range defensive scenario design.
• Familiarity with a variety of SIEM/EDR platforms, cloud and endpoint services telemetry.
• Strong English, spoken and written - you’ll be working closely with international teams and clients.
• Excellent communicator and educator - able to translate complex threats into engaging, understandable training, while independently owning entire projects from client request to final implementation.
• Background in consulting, military, CERT/CSIRT, or client-facing IR roles - advantage.
• Experience with cyber ranges, IR tabletop exercises, and advanced detection labs - advantage.
