We’re hiring for an experienced Web3-native Product Manager to lead Smart Router, our enterprise-grade RPC orchestration platform. You’ll drive execution end-to-end - understanding market needs, working closely with both BD and R&D, and managing a fast-paced, highly technical product.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and market needs into clear, actionable PBIs with user flows, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Collect user insights and validate product ideas
• Collaborate across engineering, BD, and leadership to align product direction
• Own prioritization and task management to ensure high-impact sprints based on business needs
• Build efficient product and R&D workflows and processes
• Partner closely with engineering to size, scope, and refine work
• Monitor product performance and iterate quickly based on feedback

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product or technical product/project management experience
• Web3 or blockchain experience is a strong plus
• Strong technical understanding and ability to write detailed product requirements
• Experience managing workflows in Agile environments
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-moving startup
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
