We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role provides logistical and operational support for the company’s day-to-day activities, while maintaining responsibility for preparing hardware for field deployments and leading longer-term initiatives to improve logistics and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Receiving goods, managing inbound and outbound inventory movements, updating records in internal systems, and coordinating domestic and international shipments and courier deliveries.
• Providing immediate logistical assistance to internal teams, including R&D, engineering, administration, and field teams.
• Full end-to-end responsibility for preparing hardware kits for field deployments
• Perform light technical assembly.
• Oversee the RMA process for equipment returns, replacements and repairs.
• Monitor subcontractor work plans and ensure timely delivery and execution.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of background in logistics or production planning.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics processes, and hands-on technical assembly.
• Experience working with spare parts and hardware components.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Team player with good communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
