Role Overview

As an SDR, you will lead prospecting and customer mapping activities and play a key role in building and developing the sales pipeline

Key Responsibilitie

  • Initiate contact with potential customers through outbound and inbound activities
  • Research and qualify leads using business directories, online searches, and digital resources
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns, events, conferences, webinars, and more
  • Build, manage, and maintain a database of potential customers
  • Present and communicate relevant information to prospects
  • Work closely with sales teams to support business development efforts
  • Track and report sales performance and KPIs

Requiremen

  • Previous experience with cold calling and lead generation – required
  • Experience in business development or sales pipeline development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High motivation, energy, strong organizational skills, and dedication
