Position Summary

The Food Safety Manager is responsible for leading and managing all food safety processes at a leading culinary site in Tel Aviv.

This is a hands-on, field-based role, working closely with kitchen teams, restaurant managers, and operations to ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and Yarzin Sella standards — from receiving goods to service.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for food safety compliance across the culinary site
• Conduct daily inspections across multiple kitchens and restaurants
• Monitor temperatures, storage conditions, hygiene, and work procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, internal policies, and client standards
• Train, guide, and support kitchen teams and professional staff on food safety practices
• Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement processes
• Maintain documentation and reporting according to required standards
• Work closely with operations and management to embed food safety culture on-site

Position Requirements

• Proven experience as a Food Safety Manager – mandatory
• Hands-on background in restaurants, hotels, catering, or BOH environments
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and lead processes end-to-end
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and guide teams
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Availability for a full-time position in Tel Aviv (07:00–16:00)
• Hebrew – fluent; English – an advantage
