**What You'll Do

**As a Data Analyst at Reeco, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy, product development, and operational efficiencies. You’ll work cross-functionally to empower teams with meaningful data insights, ensuring data-driven decisions at every level of the company.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyze and interpret data trends to drive strategic business and product decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support teams across Product, Business, and R&D.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency, implementing best practices in data validation, governance, and reporting.
• Explore AI-powered analytics tools to enhance data insights and business intelligence.

Requirements:

**Who You Are

**Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Experience working with Data Warehouses (preferably Snowflake) and familiarity with DBT (a plus).
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics tools is a plus.
• A curious and data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
