The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and organized Junior Field Marketing & Marcom Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the engine behind our presence at industry events while ensuring our brand voice remains consistent and compelling across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Event & Field Execution: Assist in planning and executing regional trade shows, webinars, and partner events. You'll handle everything from logistics and swag to on-site branding.
• Content Support (Marcom): Help draft engaging copy for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials that translate complex AI tech into human-centric benefits.
• Sales Enablement: Work closely with the Sales team to create localized marketing collateral, presentations, and "one-pagers" that help them win deals.
• Social Media & Community: Manage our local social presence, ensuring we are active in the right conversations within the CX and AI tech communities.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the ROI of field activities and campaigns, using data to suggest "what’s next."

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience (internships count!). Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a huge plus.
• Communication: Native-level Hebrew and highly fluent English. You must be able to write clearly and persuasively in both.
• Mindset: A "get-it-done" attitude. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves at an event or pivot quickly when a campaign needs a new direction.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with social media platforms and eager to learn tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Canva.
