We’re looking for an AI Specialist- Automation & Integrations- a hands-on builder who works directly with business teams to **design, build, and ship real AI-powered and automated solutions.

**This is not an R&D or advisory role. It’s a delivery-focused position for someone who enjoys turning complex, manual workflows into smart, scalable AI solutions that are actually used across the organization.

You’ll play a key role in enabling non-R&D teams to adopt AI in a practical, measurable way- helping Elementor move faster, work smarter, and scale impact through AI.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with teams across Marketing, CX, Legal, Finance, HR, Product IT and Operations to spot high-impact opportunities for AI and automation.
• Prioritize use cases with stakeholders based on impact and feasibility
• Design, prototype, and ship AI-powered solutions using LLMs, automation platforms, agent frameworks, and no/low-code tools.
• Establish and maintain AI foundations (connectors, reusable components, templates, knowledge patterns)
• Build real, working proof-of-concepts - connecting APIs, and orchestrating workflows
• Enable and support AI Champions with playbooks, Gyms, and training
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, evaluating which models, architectures, and tools can deliver the greatest value to the business, while maintaining close alignment with the R&D AI guild and other technical AI teams across the company.
• Measure adoption and impact - whether that's increased velocity, cost savings, accelerated revenue, or reduced errors - and iterate based on feedback and real outcomes.
• Create documentation, reusable components, and playbooks that help more people across Elementor experiment with and scale AI.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a technical, automation, or AI-focused role - or a strong portfolio of hands-on projects that clearly shows your technical skills.
• Experience building automations and workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, or similar orchestration platforms.
• Comfortable connecting systems through APIs, webhooks, and lightweight backend logic to build end-to-end automated flows.
• Ability to extend no-code tools with some code when things need more customization.
• Solid understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering basics, and retrieval workflows.
• Interest or experience in building AI agents or purpose-specific assistants that drive real outcomes.
• Strong technical problem-solving mindset - you enjoy debugging, iterating quickly, and finding practical ways to apply new tech.
• Self-directed learner who actively explores new AI tools, experiments with them, and shares insights with the team.
