**Summary

**We're looking for an Instructional Designer to join the Product team and spread the power of Wiz. In this role, you will help build our Wiz Academy and produce end-to-end video courses. You will play a key role in ensuring our technical Wizards and customers get ramped up and stay at the top of their game when it comes to technical product skills and knowledge.

What You’ll Do

• Produce high-quality videos from start to finish while maintaining a fast pace.
• Develop and execute short video courses, including designing learning paths and writing curricula.
• Extract, write and create coherent training scripts from product managers and other SMEs, documentation, and internal resources.
• Keep the academy portal updated as the product changes, track new features and be on top of modifications.
• Design infographics, including architecture diagrams, in collaboration with SMEs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to plan, deliver, edit, and publish customer training webinars.

What You’ll Bring

• 3 years of experience in product training, frontal, instructional design and/or tutorials.
• Experience in SaaS a company (B2B/startup) in a customer learning/training role.
• Experience with editing and design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Camtasia, and text-to-speech.
• Strong communication skills in every medium: writing, designing, etc.
• Excellent English
• Cloud, security, or cloud security experience – Advantage

**Public portfolios or sample videos will be required during the hiring process.
