**Your role

**The Credit Controller is responsible for managing the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle and ensuring disciplined and timely collection of outstanding payments, evaluating credit risks and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and corporate functions. This position is essential to securing healthy cash flow and financial stability, minimizing credit risk and enhancing process governances and efficiencies while adhering to corporate credit policy.

**Main Responsibilities

**Accounts Receivable & Collections Management

  • Initiate and manage the full credit control cycle, including collection activities, proactive follow-ups, reminders, escalations and payment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, reconciliations, credit notes and adjustments.
  • Drive disciplined collections by partnering closely with the sales team and key account managers.
  • Conduct on-site visits and meetings with customers to address overdue payments or resolve issues.

Credit Risk Management

  • Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers using external credit agencies, financial statements, and internal risk assessment tools.
  • Recommend and approve customer credit limits in line with corporate credit policy and risk criteria.
  • Continuously monitor customer credit exposure and proactively flag risk situations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the company’s credit policies and procedures.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on aging, credit risk exposures, payment behaviour and collection performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment activities in the ERP/CRM system
  • Provide timely, accurate reporting to local and global management to support decision-making.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvement actions to achieve credit and cash flow objectives.
  • Support the month-end closing process and audit requirements.

Processes & Procedures

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of credit control policies and procedures.
  • Support automation and standardization efforts for all credit and AR processes.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new systems, tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Standardization and automation of AR and O2C workflows.

Main Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or similar financial roles.
  • Experience in a multinational or commercial company - advantage.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.) is an advantage
  • Language Hebrew – native/high level. English – high level (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and senior management.
  • Assertiveness balanced with strong customer-service orientation.
  • Problem-solving attitude with ownership and accountability.
  • Team player with the ability to influence stakeholders.
