We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to support our Payroll Accountant in ongoing payroll operations. The role includes responsibility for updating employee data, assisting with payroll processes, and providing service to employees regarding salary and attendance matters.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing updates and maintenance of employee data in the payroll system
• Provide support and responses to employee inquiries regarding salary and attendance
• Assist with reviewing and processing attendance and payroll reports
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including input of personal data and employment forms (Forms 101 & 161)

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience assisting a Payroll Accountant
• Basic accounting background and familiarity with labor laws
• Experience working with Hilan payroll systems
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with payroll and attendance reports
• Experience in employee onboarding and termination within payroll systems
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
