Responsibilities:

• Ownership of several Finance modules in the ERP and other related systems
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Conducting system training for new users and periodic training for existing users
• Act as the primary technical partner for Finance and Operations teams, understanding their processes and challenges to deliver effective solutions.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial and operational workflows such as P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets, GL, Procurement, Inventory, and Fulfillment.
• Write design documents.
• Software testing for new developments
• Providing daily service to the system’s users
• Control and support interfaces between the organization’s systems

Requirements:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and analyzing Oracle ERP systems
• Experience (as Business Analyst) with Oracle Cloud ERP solution - Must
• Experience in writing business design processes
• Experience with Finance modules - Must
• SQL knowledge
• Strong written and verbal English – must!
• Team Player, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented
