You will join a growing and dynamic sales team, responsible for driving the adoption of SolarEdge’s advanced solutions within the commercial solar market in Israel.

This role combines strategic business development, consultative selling, and long-term relationship building with key players across the local PV ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive new business by identifying, developing, and closing commercial sales opportunities aligned with company strategy and revenue goals.
  • Acquire new customers while managing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
  • Engage with PV installers to introduce SolarEdge solutions and grow market share through clear value-based selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with solar sales channels, strategic accounts, EPCs, and other industry partners.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to support business planning, expansion initiatives, and commercial growth.
  • Contribute to regular revenue forecasting, monitor performance against targets, and proactively address gaps.
  • Develop multi-level relationships with leading PV project developers to ensure SolarEdge remains the preferred technology partner.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management by providing continuous market and customer feedback to shape the local product offering.
  • Act as a SolarEdge brand ambassador, delivering consistent messaging and representing the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Lead, mentor, and support other members of the account team when needed.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior decision makers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales – mandatory.
  • Proven experience in value-based / solution selling.
  • Strong ability to build and deliver impactful presentations that influence diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environments.
  • High technical aptitude, with the ability to understand complex solutions and clearly communicate their business and technical value.
  • Energetic, driven, and results-oriented, with a hands-on and proactive mindset.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
