The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and engineering support to Atir’s software users, including solving complex engineering problems and helping customers find optimal solutions for using Atir’s software and systems.

The role also includes creating professional training content such as tutorial videos, courses, and learning materials; participating in QA (quality assurance) processes for new software and products; assisting in the initiation and development of new products; working as part of a team using advanced AI tools; and using customer management systems (CRM) to manage and document customer interactions and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering support and training to engineers and customers using Atir’s software.
• Analyze and solve complex engineering problems and design tailored solutions.
• Create professional training content, including tutorials, courses, and documentation.
• Perform QA testing for new software and products, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment, using AI tools to optimize processes and support.
• Manage customer interactions using CRM systems and offer solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
• Document issues, solutions, and recommendations for product and process improvements.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as a structural engineer, designing a wide range of projects.
• Extensive experience using Atir software, especially STRAP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to propose customized engineering solutions for diverse customers.
• M.Sc. in Civil Engineering- Advantage
• Experience in prestressed concrete design- Advantage
