About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Operations Director to lead our global sales operations functions. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team, driving efficiency, data integrity, and scalability across the organization. You will oversee the entire sales infrastructure—from forecasting and analytics to technology and enablement—ensuring our sales teams have the tools and processes they need to succeed.

**Requirements

**Key Responsibilities

• Monitor & secure global sales data integrity
• Lead sales analytics, forecasting & pipeline management
• Support strategic sales planning, including AOP, territory planning, quotas, and compensation alignment
• Optimize and automate sales related processes to improve scalability and sales team efficiency
• Partner with regional sales leadership, support complex deals & projects, improve the renewal process
• Own and continuously improve the sales technology stack (SFDC, BI, CPQ)
• Act as the main Sales point of contact for cross-functional initiatives (incl. PMI activities) & partner with MIS, Finance, Product, Operations, Customer Success & Marketing

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience as Sales Operations Director
• Extensive experience in global B2B high-tech companies (SaaS & Hardware)
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational scalability
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic, data-driven mindset with a hands-on approach
