We are an early-stage venture capital firm based in Tel Aviv, investing in and supporting some of the most ambitious founders and startups in Israel. We are looking for an outstanding Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join our team and play a central role in keeping everything running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a small, collaborative, people-first environment. You will own the day-to-day operations of the office, be a trusted partner to the firm’s operations, and support finance and marketing. You will also support team welfare and employee experience initiatives, helping ensure the office is a great place to work.

This is a full-time, on-site position in our office, Sunday to Thursday.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the office and make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Support the partners with scheduling, calendar management, travel bookings, and coordination with external stakeholders
  • Be the first point of contact in the office, welcome guests, and create a warm, professional experience
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and equipment, making sure the team always has what they need
  • Keep the office safe, organized, and well-maintained, including security procedures and facilities coordination
  • Work closely with finance and marketing to support ongoing activities and projects
  • Support team welfare, gifts, and employee experience initiatives, including holidays, birthdays, onboarding moments, and general team well-being
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and problem-solving as things come up

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, warm attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize well, and work independently
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
