If you have a passion for Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC) and Aerodynamics, and experience working on mission-critical aerospace projects, we want to hear from you

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a talented engineering team in GNC & Aerodynamics.

• Take a hands on role in model development, system analysis, and feasibility testing.

• Align project execution with customer needs and lead projects from concept through delivery.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure excellence and timely execution.

📚 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical.

• At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience.

• Proven ability to independently lead complex projects from start to finish.

• Strong system level analysis capabilities and excellent communication skills.

• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (or close to completion).

• ++Programming experience in C/C

• Specialization in GNC.

• Prior experience in the defense sector.
