What is this opportunity?

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join us as an early legal hire. You’ll be a hands-on partner to teams across the company, helping us move fast while staying compliant - especially when it comes to privacy and commercial contracts.This is a great role if you enjoy working close to the business, like ownership, and want to grow with a health-tech startup.

What You’ll Do:

• Own day-to-day privacy and data protection questions (HIPAA, state privacy laws, and related frameworks)
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements (customer agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, BAAs, partnerships)
• Partner with Product, Security, Sales, and Ops to embed privacy and compliance into how we build and sell
• Help scale legal processes that support growth without slowing the team down
• Spot risks early and propose practical, business-friendly solutions

What You Have:

• At least 3+ years of legal experience, in-house or at a law firm (IP, tech, healthcare strongly preferred)
• Solid experience with privacy laws and commercial contracting
• Working knowledge of HIPAA (hands-on experience a big plus)
• Clear communicator who can translate legal concepts into practical guidance
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous startup environment
• Active license to practice law in Israel
