The Role

We are seeking a Medical Devices Sales Representative to lead sales and provide hands-on clinical support for procedures in Operating Rooms (ORs). This crucial role will join our Surgery team, covering the Central and Southern Regions of Israel.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a sales representative is required. Prior experience in selling medical equipment, particularly operating room (OR) or surgical equipment, is a distinct advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree is required; master’s degree is an advantage.
• Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven self-learning capabilities.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, as required (due to procedural schedules).
