We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our global engineering team and play a key role in optimizing the infrastructure that powers our secure, scalable, and high-performance SaaS environment.

**Role Overview

**The DevOps Engineer will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and automation that enable continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of Pathlock’s SaaS platform. You’ll collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to streamline deployments, improve reliability, and enhance performance across our multi-cloud environments.

This is a hands-on technical role that combines infrastructure engineering, automation, and security best practices to ensure operational excellence and scalability as Pathlock continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible).
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and availability through tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline code releases and ensure reliable deployments.
• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, or AKS).
• Maintain secure environments and support compliance efforts aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR frameworks.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Continuously evaluate new DevOps technologies, frameworks, and best practices to improve efficiency and resilience.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP cloud services.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and monitoring best practices.
• Experience supporting compliance or security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
