For a small and growing industrial–technology company, specializing in Full Turnkey manufacturing and assembly solutions abroad, including product development, manufacturing, and OEM services, we are seeking an Operations & Procurement Manager for a central, hands-on role at the core of the company’s activity, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

The company provides end-to-end solutions for manufacturing and assembly processes in Israel and worldwide, across fields such as mechanics, optics, motion, control, and pneumatics, including components, sub-assemblies, and complete products — from design and engineering support, through preparation for manufacturing, to final delivery.

The company also supports engineering design programs, technical documentation, and manufacturing readiness.

About the Activity

The company’s customers include manufacturers, factories, entrepreneurs, and importers who develop and manufacture products through the company, via:

• Manufacturing and assembly in Israel
• Contract manufacturing sourcing in partner factories in China
• Manufacturing partnerships in Eastern Europe and China

The company offices are located in Herzliya, in an office complex adjacent to a residential area.

The role reports to the company’s Operations Manager.

The company currently employs approximately 8 employees, with expected growth to 10–15 employees in the coming years.

Important:

• After 3 months – option for 1 hybrid workday per week
• After 6 months – option for 2 remote workdays per week

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end operational responsibility for overseas procurement processes and ongoing coordination with business customer requirements in Israel, including:
• Quotations
• Order intake
• Purchase order placement with suppliers or overseas manufacturers
• Delivery tracking and follow-up
• Ongoing coordination and management of work with suppliers, factories, and manufacturing partners in Israel and abroad
• Monitoring and control of manufacturing processes, assemblies, coatings, quality, and schedules
• Direct operational interface with customers: status updates, timelines, issue resolution
• Data and process management in operational systems (ERP / CRM; advantage for Monday.com)
• Handling quality and manufacturing documentation (COC / COA, quality reports, project documentation)
• Involvement in procurement processes, supplier management, and identification of manufacturing partners
• Hands-on operational support in the field as required — small company mindset: everyone does everything

Requirements

• Several years of experience in operations / procurement / industrial coordination roles within a technical or industrial environment
• Background in procurement, purchasing, PPC, manufacturing engineering coordination, office-based mechanical engineering, trade, or business customer management
• Experience working with overseas suppliers, factories, and customers, including multi-interface process management
• Technical understanding and ability to work with drawings and specifications – significant advantage
• High-level English proficiency (daily interaction with overseas partners)
• Strong command of Office and Excel; experience with ERP / CRM systems
• High level of organization, accuracy, personal accountability, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to perform a hands-on role, combining office work with occasional on-site involvement

לחברה תעשייתית-טכנולוגית קטנה ומתפתחת, המתמחה במתן פתרונות Full Turnkey לתהליכי ייצור והרכבה בחו"ל, לרבות פיתוח מוצר, ייצור ו OEM, דרוש/ה מנהל/ת אופרציה ותפעול לתפקיד מרכזי בליבת הפעילות לעבודה תחת מנהלת המחלקה.

החברה מספקת מענה כולל לתהליכי ייצור והרכבות בישראל ובעולם, בתחומי מכניקה, אופטיקה, הנעה, בקרה ופנאומטיקה, לרבות רכיבים, מכלולים ומוצרים שלמים – משלב התכנון, דרך הכנה לייצור ועד אספקה. החברה יודעת לתמוך גם בתכניות תכן/ עיצוב הנדסי, תיעוד טכני והכנה לייצור.

לקוחות החברה הם יצרנים, מפעלים, יזמים ויבואנים, המפתחים ומייצרים מוצרים באמצעותנו:

· ייצור והרכבות בישראל

· רכש ייצור מוזמן (Sourcing) במפעלים בשותפות החברה בסין

· באמצעות שותפויות ייצור במזרח אירופה ובסין

משרדי החברה ממוקמים בהרצליה, במתחם משרדים הצמוד לאזור מגורים.

העבודה היא תחת מנהלת תפעול ואופרצייה בחברה.

כיום מועסקים בחברה כ-8 עובדים, עם צפי לצמיחה ל-10–15 עובדים בשנים הקרובות.

חשוב: לאחר 3 חודשים יש אפשרות לעבודה היברדית של יום אחד – לאחר 6 חודשים אפשרי עבודה מרחוק של 2 ימים בשבוע

תחומי אחריות עיקריים

אחריות תפעולית מקצה-לקצה על תהליכי עבודה הזמנת רכש מחו"ל והתנהלות מול צרכי ובקשות הלקוחות העסקיים בישראל

· לרבות: הצעות מחיר, קליטת הזמנות, הוצאה להזמנה בגוף הספק או ייצור בחו"ל ומעקב אספקות

· תיאום וניהול עבודה שוטפת מול ספקים, מפעלים ושותפי ייצור בארץ ובחו״ל

· מעקב ובקרה על תהליכי ייצור, הרכבות, ציפויים, איכות ולוחות זמנים

· עבודה ישירה מול לקוחות בהיבטים תפעוליים: סטטוסים, לו״ז, פתרון בעיות

· ניהול נתונים ותהליכים במערכות תפעול (ERP / CRM, יתרון ל-Monday)

· טיפול במסמכי איכות וייצור (COC / COA, דוחות איכות, תיעוד פרויקטים)

· מעורבות בתהליכי רכש, עבודה מול ספקים ואיתור שותפי ייצור

· תמיכה תפעולית בשטח בהתאם לצורך, כחלק מתפקיד Hands-On (חברה קטנה כולם עושים הכול!!)
