About the Position The Risk Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of the project risk management plan across execution sites and corporate functions. The role includes working closely with Project Managers, PMO, and functional departments to proactively identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. The position covers all key risk domains typical to large-scale infrastructure projects, including HSE, cost and schedule risks, quality compliance, commercial and contractual risks, design and planning risks, as well as execution-related risks.

Start Date: April 2026. Scope: Full-time (Sunday - Thursday, morning Hours). Location: Modi’in, with regular travel to project sites across Gush Dan.    Responsibilities Lead risk identification and assessment processes (qualitative and quantitative) Establish and maintain a comprehensive Risk Register Develop and track mitigation plans and corrective actions Facilitate risk workshops and ongoing risk reviews with project stakeholders Integrate risk management practices into project controls and decision-making processes Work closely with PMO, Engineering (Design), and Construction teams Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within large-scale infrastructure projects (≥ ₪500M) Degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management (or equivalent) Proven experience with structured risk methodologies (including cost, schedule, and resource risks - not limited to HSE) Strong English proficiency (leading meetings, preparing official reports and presentations). Digital skills Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint environment (mandatory) Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) – strong advantage Experience with ACONEX – advantage Familiarity with TILOS schedules and reports – advantage  Personal Skills  Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, proactivity, and a problem-solving mindset.
