Job description Project Manager Location: Or Akiva, Israel We at High Sec Labs (HSL) a leading cybersecurity and secure connectivity company. The role involves matrix management of the company's development projects, including marketing, design, development, and operations teams. Responsibilities include defining and managing tasks and timelines from the specification stage through development, production transition, and execution monitoring by all involved parties. Requirements: Experience in matrix management of hardware, software, mechanics, and QA teams. Previous experience as a System Engineer or Technical Manager a significant advantage. Experience supporting marketing teams a significant advantage. Previous experience in a defense industry company a significant advantage. At least four years of experience as a Project Manager. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong technical background. Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes. High proficiency in English and Hebrew (spoken and written). Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure. Job Type: Full-time, On-Site
