we are looking for a passionate and experienced team leader to lead our cto infrastructure application data team. as a team leader, you will combine technical leadership with people management, dedicating part of your time to hands-on development and the other part to mentoring and managing your team. you will spearhead innovative projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver next- generation infrastructure solutions that leverage cloud computing and generative ai. you will contribute to building scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that empower organizational growth and agility.

requirements: proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams (2+ years in a leadership role). 6+ years of experience in developing large-scale systems with java and modern frameworks like spring boot. expertise in aws cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and containerization tools (e.g., docker, kubernetes). hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as react, angular, or vuejs. proficiency in backend technologies with sql and nosql databases, orm tools (e.g., hibernate), and api integration. familiarity with ci/cd pipelines, infrastructure as code (iac) tools like terraform or cloudformation, and devops best practices. experience with at least one additional programming language such as python, nodejs, or javascript is a strong advantage.
