we're hiring: full-stack team lead for a leading startup in tel aviv (react + node.js backend focus 60% management / 40% hands-on)

were looking for a talented full-stack team lead to join our core r&d team and lead development of our mission-critical customer-facing web application (react + node.js), running both on cloud and on-prem environments.

this is a key role with high ownership managing a small team (4 devs, local & remote), driving architecture & development, and ensuring stability & reliability of a complex control/monitoring system with strong backend emphasis.

what were looking for: 5+ years saas experience (3+ years in leadership roles) strong node.js (backend), react (frontend), sql experience with docker, kubernetes, ci/cd, aws (advantage) background with mission-critical apps startup + enterprise background big advantage strong communication & ability to manage remote teams
