i need a user acquisition team leader for a world-renowned saas product company in ramat gan (near the train). it's a very-well-paying hybrid position (2 days a week from home) in a highly profitable company with millions of users from hundreds of countries.

job responsibilities: lead, manage, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, guiding them to develop their skills and achieve their targets. oversee the planning and execution of global, large-scale marketing campaigns on ad platforms such as: facebook, youtube, and google, ensuring kpis are met. drive growth into new marketing channels. manage and optimize marketing budgets with a focus on roi, leveraging a/b testing and data-driven experiments to improve performance. collaborate with the creative, design, revenue, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and create standout campaigns. monitor and analyze campaign data to continually optimize performance and report results to senior management.

job requirements: proven track of record of managing and mentoring an online marketing team. 5+ years of experience managing large-scale campaigns. strong understanding of user acquisition funnels and subscription-based business models (saas). experience with multiple user acquisition channels (including google, youtube, facebook, linkedin, taboola, outbrain, etc.). data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large sets of data. proactive and adaptable with a growth mindset. hands-on experience with google analytics. excellent written and verbal communication skills in english. understanding of seo, familiarity with wordpress and/or copywriting skills - advantages.
