What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
• Drive demand generation through digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and events.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to align messaging and go-to-market strategy.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance, using insights to optimize efforts.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketers across brand, digital, content, and product marketing.
• Oversee marketing budgets and agency/vendor relationships.
• Own the company’s brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - must
• Proven track record of building and executing successful marketing strategies in a B2B environment - must
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.) - must
• Creative flair and a strong eye for design and storytelling
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English - must
