We seek a highly skilled Software Team Lead to drive our infrastructure initiatives. This role involves working closely with DevOps and development teams to enhance velocity and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performance backend solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build a high-scale backend infrastructure capable of serving millions of users.
• Lead end-to-end solutions, from requirements gathering to production deployment, focusing on reducing time-to-market.
• Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to optimize processes, enhance system reliability, and improve developer velocity.
• Experiment with and integrate new technologies, tools, and third-party frameworks to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth and technical skills.
• Work with a tech stack that includes AWS, Kubernetes, Node.js, TypeScript, Redis, and MySQL.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience leading infrastructure/platform teams.

Hands-on experience in introducing new backend technologies and code infrastructure with wide impact on developers.

Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, preferably AWS and K8s

Proficiency in a major backend language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, etc.).

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
