**About The Team

**The DLP team (formerly Trail, acquired by Cyera in 2024) operates like a startup within Cyera, bringing advanced data loss prevention capabilities into Cyera’s Unified Data Security Platform. Leveraging AI and LLM-powered technology, the team is redefining how businesses prevent data loss, empowering organizations to understand, protect, and control sensitive information across every environment. **We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Solution Architect to join our Data Loss Prevention team. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between our R&D team and Field Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of Cyera’s DLP solutions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to address technical challenges, enhance our platform’s capabilities, and drive successful customer outcomes. Your work will directly influence product evolution, customer adoption, and Cyera’s leadership in data security.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with internal teams and customers to implement and integrate Cyera’s DLP solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
• Lead Proof of Value engagements and customer implementations, demonstrating the effectiveness of our platform in solving real-world security challenges.
• Act as a platform expert, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer challenges into new features and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical materials, including presentations, documentation, and knowledge base content to support customer education and adoption.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, R&D, and Marketing to accelerate the sales process, manage escalations, and maintain alignment across teams.
• Design and implement ad-hoc technical solutions and automation to enhance pre-sale, post-sale, and internal operations.

Requirements:

**Who You Are

**Must-Haves

• You have proven experience as a Solution Architect (or similar technical role), preferably in the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) domain.
• You have strong expertise in database querying and data analysis, with the ability to craft efficient queries, extract insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
• You excel at problem-solving, capable of analyzing complex systems and processes to develop effective solutions.
• You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, building trust and relationships with customers and internal teams.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.

Nice-to-Haves

• You have a strong understanding of DLP solutions and their role in modern data security.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
