Stratasys is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner, to the company's CFO.

The successful candidate must be collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of tasks depending on current needs.

Temporary role (~6 months – maternity leave cover)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Maintain calendar, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
• Oversee and coordinate the preparation, scheduling, and content alignment for Finance leadership town hall meetings, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder readiness.
• Manage and process PO/PR requests for the Finance Division
• Make travel arrangements, and execute expense reports
• Support internal BU events.

Essential Education, Skills And Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience working as an Executive Assistant with a similar scope of responsibilities.
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills are required.
• Prior experience with Oracle systems will be considered a strong asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision while effectively prioritizing workload.
• Proven ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-evolving global work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is expected.
• B.A. degree.
