As an Assistant Controller you will be in charge of:

**Financial Representation

**Comprehensive working papers covering the aspects of recognition, measurement and disclosure.

**GAAP & SOX Compliance

**Updating financial accounting and disclosures upon ongoing changes in the company and GAAP updates; assistance with meeting SOX requirements related to financial statements closing and other processes in the department.

**Interfaces With Other Departments

**Data gathering and Validation, Understanding the business implications on financial records, Taking part in cross-division processes.

Analytical **Analysis

**Review of affiliates' reporting packs; Providing management’s representation.

Requirements:

• CPA (ISR), “Bachelor” of one of the Big4 firms, Experience with IFRS medium/large corporates.
• High English language skills.
• Highly skilled in Excel, familiar with other Office applications, good IT orientation.
• SAP acquaintance – Advantage.
• Team Player, eager to learn.
• Strong analytical thinking, result driven.
