• Track performance and use insights to improve engagement and design effectiveness.

What we're looking for:

• 2–3 years of marketing design experience.
• Portfolio that shows clear, personal, and high-performing marketing designs.
• Strong design skills with tools like Figma and Photoshop.
• Bonus: Experience implementing with Klaviyo.
