**What You’ll Do

**This role is all about making sure that chefs, general managers, and hotel operations teams not only feel heard but also see their needs reflected in clever designed solutions. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll craft intuitive and elegant user experiences that solve real-world problems, all while keeping simplicity at the forefront. We design quickly, iterate often, and aren’t afraid to push boundaries to ensure our platform stays innovative and user focused.

Requirements:

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of meaningful Product Design experience with a focus on UX and research
• You have experience with complex web B2B SaaS products
• Your empathy for the users put their interests at the center of your everyday work
• You are experienced in running user research and usability tests autonomously
• You are fluent in design best practices and have a strong knowledge of user experience standards
• You have professional proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• You have already created, delivered, and maintained a design system
