Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage and continuously grow a team of experienced senior product designers, providing them with mentorship and professional career growth opportunities.
• Lead the design of specific features or products independently, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure a cohesive and aligned design process.
• Drive design projects to completion, ensuring they meet project KPIs and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify and solve design challenges, iterating based on user feedback and data.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing and iterate based on results.
• Contribute to the design system by successfully integrating new components.
• Communicate design decisions, both visually and verbally, to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• At least 6 years of experience with advanced proficiency in UI/UX design tools and methodologies.
• Strong user-centric design thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to define and improve design processes.
• Proven ability to deeply understand and craft complex flows shared across a multi-product system.
• Ability to craft delightful experiences within tight system limitations with minimum impact on UX.
• Strong attention to detail with top-notch UI design skills.
• Analyze user research data and integrate findings into the design.
• Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to justify design decisions and lead discussions.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask between several projects.
• Ability to provide clear and constructive design critique.
• Direct managerial experience with a strong leadership and mentorship record.
