תיאור משרה

• ניהול צוות גדול של עובדים ומנהלים (כ-450 עובדים), ניהול ההון האנושי, פיתוח ושימור העובדים והמנהלים
• ניהול המערך בהיבטי הבטיחות ,איכות, תפוקות, הנדסה, זמינות מכונות
• בניית תוכניות אסטרטגיות לטובת הגדלת יכולות הייצור, הטמעת תהליכי התייעלות ואוטומציה ומציאת פתרונות לצווארי בקבוק
• ניהול יחידת רווח והפסד וניהול תקציב
• בניית תוכניות עבודה , הצבת יעדים ומדדים והובלת הצוות להשגתם
• עבודה שוטפת מול גורמים חיצוניים ופנימיים - לקוחות, ספקים, הנהלה בכירה, ממשקים
• הטמעת שיפורים טכנולוגיים ותהליכיים בשיתוף עם ממשקים שונים
• יכולת עבודה אינטגרלית והסתגלות לשינויים

דרישות

• השכלה- תואר ראשון בהנדסה - חובה
• נסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בניהול מערך תפעולי גדול ומשמעותי - חובה
• נסיון בניהול תקציבים משמעותיים - חובה
• שליטה מלאה בשפה האנגלית- חובה
• ניסיון בתחום הפלסטיק- יתרון
• יכולת עבודה עם ממשקי ניהול בכירים והנעת אנשים וממשקי עבודה
• אסרטיביות ובעל יכולת לניהול תהליכי שינוי, ניהול אנשים ותהליכים, חשיבה אסטרטגית ויכולת הוצאה לפועל

Responsibilities (English)

• Manage a large team of employees and managers (approximately 450 employees), oversee human capital, develop and retain employees and managers.
• Oversee safety, quality, productivity, engineering, and machine availability aspects.
• Develop strategic plans to increase production capabilities, implement efficiency and automation processes, and find solutions for bottlenecks.
• Manage profit and loss unit and budget.
• Develop work plans, set goals and metrics, and lead the team to achieve them.
• Maintain ongoing communication with external and internal stakeholders - customers, suppliers, senior management, interfaces.
• Implement technological and process improvements in collaboration with various interfaces.
• Ability to work integrally and adapt to changes.

Qualifications (English)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering - mandatory.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing a large and significant operational system - mandatory.
• Experience in managing significant budgets - mandatory.
• Full proficiency in English - mandatory.
• Experience in the plastics industry - advantage.
• Ability to work with senior management interfaces and motivate people and work interfaces.
• Assertiveness and ability to manage change processes, manage people and processes, strategic thinking, and execution capability.
