We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Solution Expert to join our Solution Experts Team and play a key role in driving partnerships with our enterprise customers.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Delivery, Customer Success, Product, and other cross-functional teams to support complex implementations, provide technical leadership, and contribute to scaling our operations. **Responsibilities:

**Post-Sales Technical Expertise:

• Support implementation teams on high-complexity deployments for enterprise customers.
• Manage and optimize Customer Requests (CRs) and Service Requests (SRs).
• Lead rapid response efforts for critical customer issues.
• Deliver internal training to promote knowledge sharing and self-sufficiency.

Pre-Sales Collaboration

• Lead technical expertise during complex POCs for enterprise customers.
• Consult on discovery sessions, scope definitions, and solution tailoring in collaboration with the Solution Consulting team.

Customer Contributions

• Provide structured market and customer feedback to the Product team.
• Represent the company in strategic customer meetings, workshops, and industry events.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and experience working with financial institutions.
• Proven experience working with global enterprise customers.
• Technical background with big data SaaS products (e.g., APIs, SQL).
• Experience in machine learning or AI — a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within EMEA.
• Strong team player with the ability to work in a matrixed environment.
• Self-driven with strong learning agility.
