We are building an exciting new SRE team and looking for someone that will join us on our journey. You will be part of the SRE team inside the R&D, You will collaborate with the Infrastructure, Research, Development, and DevOps teams to maintain and improve Prod and Dev environments.

Responsibilities:

• Act as escalation tier in case of complicated incidents in dev and prod environments.
• Measure and optimize system performance and availability, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement.
• Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed dev and prod environments.
• Gather and analyze applications and infra including logs and metrics from services to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplift.
• Develop tools and automation processes for the deployment of our product.

Requirements

• Experience developing in Python.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Linux.
• Scripting in Bash.
• Experience in network and system administration.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Self-management capabilities: proactive, initiative, self-learner, team player, cross-sectional view of the system/seeing the big picture of the system.
