We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Investor Relations & Ecosystem Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for our company's growth and requires a unique blend of strategic, communicative, and interpersonal skills. You'll be responsible for building and managing vital relationships with current and prospective investors, alongside developing and nurturing the company's broader ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations (IR):

• Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and institutions as the main point of contact.
• Prepare and present investor materials, reports, and quarterly/annual updates.
• Lead investor events, including meetings, roadshows, and earnings calls.
• Analyze market trends and investor sentiment to inform leadership.
• Ensure accurate, compliant financial disclosures.
• Refine investor messaging and the company’s corporate narrative.

Ecosystem Development & Management:

• Build and manage strategic partnerships across industry, and investment to strengthen the company’s position.
• Drive joint initiatives, represent the company at key events, and adapt strategy based on ecosystem trends.

Strategy & Communication:

• Develop a comprehensive investor relations and ecosystem strategy, aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Work closely with company CEO and senior management.
• Craft a consistent and compelling company narrative for investors and partners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably within a technology or startup company (or a role with extensive interfaces with investors/partners).
• Deep understanding of capital markets, investment landscapes, and fundraising processes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Hebrew and English, with persuasive presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to analyze financial data and market trends.
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
