Field Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Job Title: Digital and Field Marketing Manager

Job Type: Full-time, 9-month maternity leave contract

Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid)

Start Date: September 1, 2025

YL Ventures is seeking an experienced Field and Digital Marketing Manager for a 9-month maternity leave replacement. In this role, you will lead and manage field marketing efforts and execute customer-facing events in both Israel and the US. From planning to execution, you will be responsible for creating memorable, impactful events that engage our audience, build relationships, and enhance our brand presence on the ground.

While your focus will be on field marketing and event execution, you will also support our digital marketing initiatives to ensure they align with and amplify the success of these events. This balance of on-the-ground action and digital integration will help drive deeper connections and broaden our impact.

Requirements:

• Exceptional English writing/communication skills
• Proven experience in event planning and project management, including:
• Managing external vendors and service providers
• Following a yearly events plan, setting deadlines and initiating activities accordingly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage event and activity logistics from A to Z—from planning and execution to follow-up
• Experience with event branding, including coordinating designers and overseeing branded assets like invitations, signage, and digital content
• Experience creating and managing digital marketing content across platforms, particularly LinkedIn, including:
• Writing and editing content for social media posts and event promotions
• Coordinating video production for events or firm-related initiatives
• Supporting paid ad campaigns, especially on LinkedIn
• Managing production of landing pages for lead capture.
• Experience working with HubSpot for digital marketing purposes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing professional relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Highly organized and capable of independently managing RSVP processes, communications, and guest experience
• Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones (primarily Israel and the US)
