****Head of Commercial Segment Sales – Israel Market

**The Head of Commercial Sales will lead SolarEdge’s commercial sales strategy in Israel, driving business growth, developing key partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong sales background in the solar, energy, or technology sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial and industrial (C&I) solar markets and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Israel
• Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, EPCs, distributors, and large commercial customers in Israel
• Drive business development efforts to secure new partnerships and opportunities in the commercial solar sector, including working with large developers for ground and agri PV projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment with business goals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
• Develop and present high-level sales forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Represent SolarEdge at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and business growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, in the solar or renewable energy industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment, while selling value
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of commercial solar market dynamics, financing structures, and industry regulations
• Ability to travel in Israel as needed
