Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success / Business Development Manager. The role involves a combination of in-office and remote work. The day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, optimizing customer success strategies, developing business opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales and support teams to achieve company targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Success skills
• Business Development and entrepreneurial spirit
• Proficiency in Sales and Support team collaboration
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing customer base
• Ability to work independently and manage hybrid work arrangements
• Experience with AI-driven platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
