🧭 The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to take ownership of our brand presence in the U.S. market. This role requires someone who can think strategically and execute precisely -with a strong grasp of branding, marketing, and storytelling.

You will lead the brand’s strategy, expression, and communication - working across platforms, touchpoints, and teams to create impact.

✅ Be Accountable For:

• Developing and executing brand strategies for company brands and ICPs
• Conducting market research to identify trends, needs, and new opportunities
• Overseeing content creation across channels: social media, website, print
• Designing and implementing brand communication strategies
• Leading and managing marketing campaigns to build brand awareness
• Ensuring brand consistency in voice, visuals, and message across platforms
• Monitoring and analyzing brand performance using data and KPIs
• Managing the brand marketing budget and optimizing for ROI
• Building relationships with media, influencers, journalists, and industry partners

🧠 What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Over 5 years of proven experience in brand management for global brands- a must
• Native-level or fluent English - a must
• Strong expertise in branding, marketing strategy, and market research
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities - able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinker with strong data interpretation and data-based decision-making skills
• A true team player with a collaborative spirit and cross-functional communication skills
• Familiarity with real estate wholesale and motivated sellers - a strong advantage

🕒 Working Days & Hours

Sunday–Thursday | Hybrid Setup

• Sunday–Monday: Mornings from the office- Hamelacha 3 Floor 4 (Victoria Building) - Tel Aviv
• Wednesday: 14:00–22:00 (from the office)
• Tuesday, Thursday : From Home
