HRIS Specialist will take ownership of ZIM’s global Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, workforce structure management, data integrity, and HR systems interfaces. The HRIS Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR systems, managing accurate employee data and supporting various HR processes across the organization.

Major areas of responsibility

**HR Information Systems Management

**Oversee the administration, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the global HCM platform and HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system availability, and user support.

**Troubleshooting Systems Bugs

**Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, analyze problems, and lead technical solutions in collaboration with implementors, development and support teams.

Data Integrity and Compliance

• Establish data governance practices to maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data within the HR information systems. Regularly audit and cleanse up data to minimize errors and discrepancies.
• Monitor and address data integrity issues and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

**Interface Management

**Monitor and manage the smooth functioning of interfaces between the HCM platform and other HR systems.

**Process Efficiency

**Identify and implement process improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

**User Support and Training

**Provide user support and training to HR teams and employees on the functionality and usage of the HCM platform and related systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering & management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent diploma in a relevant discipline).
• 2-3 years of proven experience in HRIS administration and management or information systems, preferably in a global enterprise.
• In-depth knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce management, and HR systems integration.
• Proficiency in HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Familiarity with HR systems interfaces and integration methodologies.
• Basic understanding of data governance and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Communication and Collaboration:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with HR and IT teams, stakeholders, and system vendors. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced expertise in Excel, including complex functions
• Strong analytical skills– ability to analyze data, generate business insights, and draw conclusions.
• Fluent in English – a must
