Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop strong client relationships across various consulting and compliance engagements.
• Assist with diverse U.S. income tax compliance and consulting projects, including tax returns preparation and review.
• Conduct research on federal and state tax legislation and case law.
• Assist clients with the implementation of specific international tax structures and business combinations.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in U.S. tax return preparation is preferred.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn and research.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Very high English proficiency.
• Experience in US Tax preferred (e.g., Form 1120 (Corporate Income Tax Return), Form 1065 (Partnership Return), and Form 1040 (Individual Income Tax Return).
