About Us

We are a boutique family office that provides services to a small number of clients. Our approach combines personalized attention with advanced technology, including a professional wealth management platform that consolidates client data from multiple banks and financial providers on a daily basis.

To maintain accuracy and quality, we are looking for a part-time Back Office team member to assist in data monitoring and validation, as well as to take part in other ongoing internal processes.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Become part of the team that performs Back Office oversight of the firm’s wealth management system through regular review of banking and transaction data
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between bank source data and system data
• Execute internal processes for data validation, document exceptions, and escalate for further handling with external parties
• Assist in updating and maintaining control documentation and operational procedures
• Communicate clearly and professionally (in English) with internal teams and external service providers
• Support the continuous improvement of operational workflows in a high-quality, boutique work environment

Required Qualifications

• Ability to learn independently and think critically
• Academic and/or professional background in bookkeeping, accounting, auditing, or financial control
• High attention to detail and strong standards for accuracy
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing) for day-to-day work
• Comfort working with numbers and in a quantitatively oriented environment
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze data
• Ability to work according to clear procedures and accurately document findings

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Back Office roles in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial control
• Familiarity with financial reconciliation processes
• Understanding of bank account structures, banking data, and accounting data systems
• Previous experience with portfolio or wealth management platforms or similar systems
