About the Role

As Head of Operations, you will lead the entire operational activity of Skigini’s travel agents – managing the team, building scalable processes, working daily with suppliers and airlines, and implementing automated tools to maximize departmental automation.

This is a high-impact managerial role with direct influence on the customer experience and company growth, requiring operational excellence, strong leadership skills, and system-level thinking.

What You Will Do

• Lead the daily operations of our travel agency team, including recruitment, onboarding, and personal and professional development of team members.
• Set quality KPIs for the team and manage based on data-driven monitoring and daily accountability.
• Independently solve complex problems, including direct professional interactions with suppliers and airlines in Israel and abroad.
• Build and implement operational processes across the department.
• Work closely with product and development teams to implement smart automation tools, aiming to achieve 90% automation within the department.
• Oversee daily operational financial activities with suppliers, including monitoring back-office processes and payments.
• Lead continuous improvement of tools, processes, and workflows to ensure excellent SLA and high execution quality.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience managing an operations/travel agents team in a B2C tech company or OTA (advantage).
• Proven experience managing teams of 5+ employees (required).
• Experience in the travel industry (significant advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure, drive teams to meet goals, and manage systematically using data.
• Ability to manage complex processes with a system-wide perspective while driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
