We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strategic mindset and a sharp eye for detail to lead company-wide graphic design. You’ll own the process of creating assets that grow our market presence, strengthen product positioning, and support business growth. This role involves translating complex technologies into clear, refined visuals across sales and marketing developing a visual language that reflects the sophistication of our technology. It’s a high-ownership role suited for a designer who values clarity, consistency, and impactful storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide visual design end to end as the go-to creative partner. Own brand execution across digital and print assets including web, social, email, events, and more.

• Support sales enablement. Craft polished sales presentation decks, one-pagers, and enablement collateral that make our product value instantly clear.

• Shape and evolve the GeoEdge brand. Define our visual identity and creative direction across all channels and campaigns.

• Design for performance. Create high-converting landing pages, paid social assets, and web experiences that drive lead gen and pipeline growth.

• Own creative for industry events. Design booths, branded swag, and experiential collateral that drive brand recognition and engagement.

• Develop and maintain reusable design systems. Create templates and brand assets to ensure creative consistency and fast execution.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a graphic designer in a global tech or SaaS company (required)

• Expert-level skills in visual design fundamentals layout, color, composition, and hierarchy

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, and basic HTML/CSS (SCSS a plus)

• Experience building and maintaining design systems; developing visual languages across digital and print

• Awareness of generative AI tools for creative acceleration: Midjourney, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI plugins, ChatGPT

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent English speaker (written and spoken)
