We're looking for Technical Writer & Instructor -UAVs ,to join our team at IAI Academy!

The position includes:

• Developing and writing technical documentation and user manuals for advanced systems
• Conducting interviews with engineers and subject matter experts
• Analyzing engineering reports and translate complex information into clear, instructional content
• Creating training kits and visual aids
• Delivering professional training sessions to clients, both in Israel and abroad

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or certified Practical Electronics Engineer – mandatory
• Military experience in a relevant technological unit or hands-on work with similar systems – mandatory
• Experience in training/instruction – mandatory
• High-level English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, confidence in public speaking, and ability to work independently
