Position Summary:
You will lead the team working on developing and enhancing the core backend logic that powers our drone flight, monitoring and routing systems. This work includes complex algorithms and design of scalable and robust software solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role - you will manage a team of top developers**, guiding both the technical direction and the team growth and personal management**, while ensuring smooth collaboration across product and engineering.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend software development experience.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Strong understanding of complex logic and network pathfinding algorithms.
- Professional proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly growing environment.
